The tiny, plump berries on these charming plants are known for their intense, delectable flavor. They're neat and compact, and do not set runners. The attractive foliage is set off by tiny white flowers and jewel-like fruits. They make fine edging plants, but we like to grow them in pots near the kitchen door and gather the ripe little berries to sprinkle on our breakfast cereal.
