Lavandula Grosso

Lavandula Grosso

Lavandula x intermedia 'Grosso' is one of the most fragrant of Lavenders and is grown for scenting perfumes and aromatherapy oils. With its long spikes of deep violet blossoms, this heavy-blooming variety is ideal for making dried Lavender bundles. As a culinary herb, the savory addition of its flowers bring out the best in meat dishes. It works well with simple boiled Potatoes, too. Combine with our French Thyme, Rosemary 'Arp' and Golden Sage to create a delicious grilling rub.
