'Siam Queen' grows 1-2ft tall and has 3in leaves, distinctive purple stems, and large, flat, eye-catching purple flowers. Once pinched, the plant forms many side branches, extending their useful harvest throughout the growing season. The exotic flavor of 'Siam Queen' is redolent of sweet spices combined with the clove-mint scent and taste of Basil. It can be used in Thai and Cambodian dishes, but don't restrict yourself.
