Named after the town of Amana, Iowa, this heirloom produces the kind of large, beefsteak Tomatoes you'd expect to see winning blue ribbons at county fairs. The orange fruits measure up to 5in across and have a mild flavor. For a gourmet's display, slice 'Amana Orange' on a plate together with a red, a green, and a black variety. Late ripening, about 90 days from transplant.
Our stocky seedlings are grown and shipped in 3in pots that are a full 4in deep, so the plants you receive have strong, well-developed root systems. Full instructions for planting and care included.
