Azalea Rosy Lights

Azalea Rosy Lights

Rich, rosy pink flowers with some darker shading are a beautiful sight in late spring, and their powerfully sweet yet spicy perfume is equally memorable. Use plants in foundation plantings, as an accent, or in a mixed border. Another in the very hardy "Light Series" of deciduous Azaleas bred by the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. Introduced in 1984.

Rhododendron is a genus of evergreen and deciduous shrubs, which includes Azaleas. These lovely shrubs look terrific in a mixed border or in foundation plantings. All thrive in full sun or partial shade (required in the South) and evenly moist, acid soil.
