Growing Stephanotis

Latin Name Pronunciation: stef-ah-no'-tus

Stephanotis is prized for its richly fragrant white flowers and handsome, deep green foliage.

Light/Watering: Place in a sunny or brightly lit window. Water when the top 1/2” of the potting mix is dry to the touch.

Temperature: Plants perform best with temperatures between 55-60°F.

Humidity: Stephanotis appreciates high humidity, and flower buds may drop off if the plant gets too dry. One of the easiest ways to increase the humidity around your plant is to set it in a tray or saucer filled with pebbles or gravel. Add water to a level just below the tops of the pebbles.
