Enjoy a sampling of spring’s rejuvenating blossoms indoors with our exclusive series of bouquets inspired by the season. We’ve partnered with several of our growers and designers to create this exciting new program of four spring flower bouquets from March to June.

March: You’ll receive a bouquet of Tulips, both single and double in form, all in harmonious shades of pink. All varieties are selected by our friend, floral designer Semia Dunne. (20 stems total.)

April: Semia creates a fragrant mix of delicate and lovely heirloom Daffodils to bring sunshine and spring perfume indoors. (30 stems total.)

May: Our Bearded Iris grower creates an arrangement in a rainbow of the rich colors that illustrate exactly why these plants are garden treasures. (12 stems, most with multiple buds.)

June: The series ends with one of the most beloved garden flowers, Peonies, cut fresh for maximum vase life. (10 budded stems)

Please note: Vases are not included with these bouquets.

HOW PLANTS ARE SHIPPED

The size of the plants we ship has been selected to reduce the shock of transplanting. For some, this means a large, bareroot crown. Others cannot travel bareroot or transplant best if grown in containers. We ship these perennials and annuals in 1 pint pots, except as noted. We must point out that many perennials will not bloom the first year after planting, but will the following year, amply rewarding your patience. We ship bulbs as dormant, bare bulbs, sometimes with some wood shavings or moss. Shrubs, Roses, vines, and other woody plants may be shipped bareroot or in pots. The size of the pot is noted in the quick facts for each item.

WHEN WE SHIP

We ship our bulbs and plants at the right time for planting in your area, except as noted, with orders dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis by climate zone. We also ship a wide range of containers and planters, tools, supplies, fertilizers, garden wear, garden decor items, as well as indoor decorations like wreaths and dried bouquets when available. Estimated dates for shipping are indicated in the green Shipping Details box for each item. Please supply a street address for delivery. Kindly contact us with two weeks notice, if you'll be away at the expected time of delivery.

OUR GUARANTEE

We guarantee to ship plants that are in prime condition for growing. If your order is damaged or fails to meet your expectations, we will cheerfully replace or refund it. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-503-9624 or email us at [email protected]. Please include your order number or customer number when contacting us.

Please consider including a vase.

Most subscriptions I'm familiar with include a vase with the first delivery of flowers.

I haven't received any flowers yet so I cannot comment on anything else.

To maximize your bouquet’s vase life and keep your flowers looking their best, follow these simple instructions:

  • Give your vase a good scrub with diluted bleach (ratio of 1 part bleach to 10 parts water) to make sure no bacteria is lingering.
  • Dissolve contents of the enclosed flower food packet in your vase following the directions on the packet. Flower food is not included if your bouquet does not require it.
  • Recut the bottom of each stem at an angle, removing at least 2” to your desired height.
  • The blossoms will take up a lot of water in the first couple of days. Check the water level daily and add water as needed. Replace water every 2–3 days.
  • To lengthen the life of your bouquet, recut the stems in 3–4 days.
  • Remove older flowers as they fade.
  • Keep your bouquet away from direct sun, drafts, and sources of heat.

For Rose bouquets:
Gently remove the outer guard petals, which may be bruised or damaged.

For larger Gerbera Daisies:
Gently remove the protective netting around each flower head and adjust the plastic tube on each stem so that the top of the tube rests against the base of the flower head.
