For immediate delivery: Orders placed by 5 p.m. EST Monday-Wednesday will arrive 2 business days after the date of the order. Orders placed by 5 p.m. EST on Thursday-Sunday will arrive the following week on Tuesday. Expedited shipping is included in our standard shipping charge for bouquets.

HOW PLANTS ARE SHIPPED
The size of the plants we ship has been selected to reduce the shock of transplanting. For some, this means a large, bareroot crown. Others cannot travel bareroot or transplant best if grown in containers. We ship these perennials and annuals in 1 pint pots, except as noted. We must point out that many perennials will not bloom the first year after planting, but will the following year, amply rewarding your patience. We ship bulbs as dormant, bare bulbs, sometimes with some wood shavings or moss. Shrubs, Roses, vines, and other woody plants may be shipped bareroot or in pots. The size of the pot is noted in the quick facts for each item.
WHEN WE SHIP
We ship our bulbs and plants at the right time for planting in your area, except as noted, with orders dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis by climate zone. Estimated dates for shipping are indicated in the Shipping Details box for each item. Please refer to the Shipping Details box to determine the earliest shipping time. Please supply a street address for delivery. Kindly contact us with two weeks notice, if you'll be away at expected time of delivery.

I am so upset. I sent these flowers over a week before Thanksgiving. When I ordered they said I could send these to arrive the day before Thanksgiving 11/27. Not only did my family NOT received the flowers until TODAY 11/29. The flowers are HORRIBLE. 59676408237__FEF40BED-4E3A-4FCA-A1CC-F4D3A103395C.JPG. I am attaching a picture but I don’t know if you will be able to see. I just want to cry at how ugly these are. I’ve purchased through white flower farms for years. This is the last time. AND, I REFUSE TO PAY for a bunch of dead, wilted flowers. What a disgrace!

To maximize your bouquet’s vase life and keep your flowers looking their best, follow these simple instructions:
For Rose bouquets:
Gently remove the outer guard petals, which may be bruised or damaged.
For larger Gerbera Daisies:
Gently remove the protective netting around each flower head and adjust the plastic tube on each stem so that the top of the tube rests against the base of the flower head.
