Product Details

Add a decorative touch to the garden or yard while feeding and supporting feathered friends with the Acorn Bird Feeder. The ornamental top is crafted in weather-resistant resin and it covers a mesh body. Simply unscrew the top ring on the Acorn to remove the top and fill with the seed mix of your choice. Birds will perch on the mesh to peck at the seed.

Not up to White flower standards

"The feeder was so attractive, and such a fun acorn design that I bought 2. My birds weren’t coming to get the seeds from the feeder, even though I used the recommended seed mix. I brought the first feeder in, and filled the second, thinking the original food might have not been viable for some reason. I do this in my garage, for neatness reasons. The design is such that the screw top must be removed…and I somehow lost this screw part. Three hardware stores later, after hearing that the screw hook was not a standard US measurement. Disappointing item."

"I have owned this cute Acorn Feeder for several months and it has been a hit with the many nuthatches and chickadees visiting my backyard. I refill it every 2 or 3 days. My birds like it so much that I have decided to get a second one."

Looks good….but

"Disappointed in this feeder. It’s very cute and love the shape. I purchased two, one as a gift. The holes are large so you can only use large seeds. I have to purchase seeds that are shaped in a form and then break it up in chunks to put inside. I don’t get the birds in my residential area that eat large seeds."

"Will be very difficult to fill because it will have to be removed from hanger, unscrewed, filled, rescrewed and rehung. Also, only good for large sunflower seeds because mesh has huge holes."
