Non-plant items generally ship within a few days and are usually delivered separately from any live plants on your order.

Some non-plant items we offer are large and/or quite heavy, and we put a great deal of care into packing these items for safe transit. Accordingly, these "oversize" items are often subject to shipping & handling charges in excess of our standard rates. We make every effort to communicate, for every item to which these excess charges apply, which shipping destinations are impacted and how these charges are applied. If you have any questions about the shipping & handling charges attendant to a purchase, please contact our customer service team.

We utilize both UPS and the USPS, depending on the size/weight of the package and the shipping distance. Both services provide tracking numbers which we include in shipping notification emails. We require a street address for delivery and request that you provide a shipping address where a daytime recipient is available. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems that stem from an incorrectly entered shipping address. Please contact our customer service team with any questions about how and when your items will be delivered.

At White Flower Farm, we stand firmly behind every product we sell and are proud to offer a money-back guarantee on each and every item offered on our website and at our store in Connecticut. Some modest terms and conditions apply, click here for details.

Should you have any questions about how our guarantee applies to a particular product or circumstance, our customer service team will be happy to help – please contact us at (800) 411-6159 or custserv@whiteflowerfarm.com.
