Shipping Guide - Containers

We are pleased to offer a wide range of attractive containers for both garden and indoor use. These items are generally shipped separately from plants and other items and will, in most cases, ship within a few days of order. Our guarantee applies to all containers - please contact us if your item is damaged in transit or otherwise fails to meet your expectations.

Many containers we offer are large and some are quite heavy, and we put a great deal of care into packing these items for safe transit. Accordingly, these "oversize" items are often subject to shipping & handling charges in excess of our standard rates. We make every effort to communicate, for every item to which these excess charges apply, which shipping destinations are impacted and how these charges are applied. If you have any questions about the shipping & handling charges attendant to a container purchase, please contact our customer service team. 

We utilize both UPS and the USPS, depending on the size/weight of the package and the shipping distance. Both services provide tracking numbers which we include in shipment notification emails. We require a street address for delivery and request that you provide a shipping address where a daytime recipient is available. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems that stem from an incorrectly entered shipping address.
