Shipping Guide - Hardgoods ex. Containers

Non-plant items generally ship within a few days and are usually delivered separately from any live plants on your order. We utilize both UPS and the USPS, depending on the size/weight of the package and the shipping distance. Both services provide tracking numbers which we include in shipping notification emails. We require a street address for delivery and request that you provide a shipping address where a daytime recipient is available. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems that stem from an incorrectly entered shipping address.
