Your shipment will arrive 10-12 business days after the date of your order and will be shipped by UPS Ground.

Non-plant items generally ship within a few days and are usually delivered separately from any live plants on your order.

We utilize both UPS and the USPS, depending on the size/weight of the package and the shipping distance. Both services provide tracking numbers which we include in shipping notification emails. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems that stem from an incorrectly entered shipping address.
