Shipping Info
Every state has agricultural regulations that restrict the shipment of certain plants, and select non-plant items may be subject to other shipping constraints. As a result, we cannot ship this item to the following states: CA.

Currently all Orchids are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays, to ensure same week delivery by UPS and avoid orchids in transit over the weekend.

This item ships from Florida.

We want our customers to receive strong, healthy plants that are ready to thrive in their gardens and homes. Here's what we'd like you to know about our shipping practices.

Delivery Timing

We aim to deliver your plants at as close to the proper time for planting in your area as possible. To do so, we consider the USDA Hardiness Zone to which we're shipping, current and forecasted weather at the destination and along the shipping route, and whether your plants are ready for transplant.

In spring, we ship first to the warmest regions and move north as planting conditions improve. For fall deliveries, we begin with the coolest regions and work south. We frequently adjust shipping schedules when extreme weather could put plants at risk while in transit or soon after arrival.

Because different plants reach readiness at different rates and are weather-sensitive in varying degree, a single order may be delivered via multiple shipments. Plants sold as part of a collection, or that are otherwise meant to arrive together, will be shipped together. Please contact our customer service team with two weeks' advance notice if you anticipate being away at the expected time of delivery.

Tracking information for each package is delivered via email.

Plant & Container Sizes

We deliver plants in various sizes and stages of growth, and the product detail pages of our website indicate the form and/or pot size in which the plant will be delivered. Pot sizes range from 1 pint to 1 gallon and larger. Many perennials, roses, shrubs and vines are delivered bareroot - that is, not in a container at all. Bulbs and tubers are generally delivered bareroot and fully dormant. We choose container sizes and delivery methods based on how each plant grows best, how we can minimize transplant shock, and how to minimize unnecessary bulk/weight in shipment.

Caring for Your Plants Upon Arrival

It is important to acclimate greenhouse-grown plants to life outdoors. All plant shipments include simple instructions for handling your plants upon arrival. Further how-to information, including planting instructions, is available on each plant's product page.

Absolutely Beautiful

"I bought this collection last spring and they were stunning all summer. Each of the plants grew large and strong. The only problem was that I got 2 white plants and no yellow but no big deal for me. They are sleeping on my porch this winter and I am looking forward to an even better show this year."

High Quality, Beautiful Flowers

"Huge, high-quality bulbs that produce huge, high-quality flowers. I've never been disappointed by WFF's products."

Long lived and gorgeous

"I have had mine for six years and another rose form tuberous begonia from White Flower Farm going on eleven years now. Very vigorous growth every year. I keep each one in its own pot and after all these years, I find they do best in a deeper pot. They stay outside all year long. Near the house but not too close. In California, they can get too warm next to the walls. They always do best with morning sun. They can withstand some dryness and wilting and come right back with watering. I do use lots of the begonia stakes with these as the flowers are large and heavy and need the support. The stakes are perfect for displaying these amazing blooms."

Beautiful this year!!

"I've sent these amaryllis plants to family for many years. This year everyone reported back that the plants were beautiful. I ordered all double flowers this year....not disappointed!"

I ordered for the first time on line

"i ordered for the first time on line and asked for it to be sent then--- Oct ---- it arrived after Thanksgiving. It was a mess trying to get the baskets to bloom (which they did not) and get them delivered for Christmas. We were leaving the country. Next time,I will NOT order on line and tell them to ship out then (early) so I can have them blooming and delivered for Christmas like I always do ( I deliver by Dec 5 so they can enjoy for Christmas) so If i get them on Dec 1.... they are not about to bloom and usually my friends end up over watering them (even when I tell them NOT to) so they get no flowers. Beautiful

"I planted this collection on the corner of my house near my screened in porch. I have a copper rain chain and a bird bath in the garden to compliment these gorgeous plants. The colors of the plants are stunning and the quality is superb. This was my first purchase from WFF, but it won't be my last. In fact, if this product weren't sold out right now, I would buy another. It is as pretty as the picture."

First blooming season success

"I purchased 1 set of the three last year and got them in the ground just in time for the foxglove to send up one stem. The bloom lasted through the heat, and the campanula survived chewing by creatures unknown also (spray pepper wax put a stop to that, great stuff). This year, my area (northern Virginia) has experienced bizarre spring weather, including a long heat wave in which all the flowering trees bloomed a month early, and the campanulas sent up lots of well-budded stems. Then the cool weather returned, and everything paused while the azaleas came out and normal service resumed. The campanulas could not resist, however, and as the azalea faded, the purple and white came out. What handsome elegant blossoms on sturdy upright stems. I've staked them out of caution. Meanwhile, the one foxglove has doubled in mass and sent up a baby, and last night there were tons of big buds. So by the weekend, there should be something resembling the picture."
