New Iris

The dazzling world of Iris offers many hard-to-resist varieties. There’s always something new to catch our eye, but we expect the plants we offer to exhibit garden worthiness as well as exceptional beauty. Our horticulturists give new or new-to-us varieties a fair trial and, in some cases, we offer plants that have been recommended by certain breeders or growers who have proven trustworthy. Our New Iris may be sought-after existing varieties that have proven difficult to find, or breeding breakthroughs. They may exhibit unique color or form, fragrance, repeat bloom, earlier or later bloom time, or some other quality that makes them desirable garden plants. We seek out Iris with RHS Award of Garden Merit designation and winners of other awards.
