Wisteria
Wisteria is a genus of deciduous vines whose lovely fragrant flowers and almost overwhelming vigor make them useful in a wide variety of settings. The plants grow rapidly to 30′ and completely bury any structure they are allowed to climb. This rampant growth is easily controlled (and flowering is encouraged) by regular pruning. The long racemes of flowers drape down from the foliage, and the blooms shift gently with every breeze. Wisteria thrives in average soil.
