Our Guarantee

At White Flower Farm, we stand firmly behind every product we sell and are proud to offer a money-back guarantee on each and every item offered on our website, in our catalogs, and at our store. Below, please find information specific to the various types of products we offer. Live Plants & Bulbs

We provide healthy plants and bulbs, true to variety and in prime condition for growing. We are responsible for the safe arrival of plants and bulbs at the right time for planting (as best we are able to determine it) at the customer’s location, or as otherwise directed by the customer.

Our guarantee on garden plants applies for up to 12 months from the date of delivery and presumes that the customer has followed our planting and care instructions.

We cannot accept responsibility for plant losses caused by variables beyond our control such as neglect, extreme weather, deer or other pests, or plants or bulbs being planted and grown in inappropriate conditions (outside recommended hardiness zones, in full sun when our instructions called for shade, etc.).

As all gardeners know, any given plant can perform very differently across different sites and conditions. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of the plants we offer, but some variability is to be expected.

Customers who are dissatisfied with their garden plants may be offered replacements (if available), a White Flower Farm credit, or a refund to their original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. White Flower Farm credits do not expire; they may not be converted into cash and may not be applied to the purchase of White Flower Farm gift certificates.

Purchases at our store in Morris, CT must be replaced/refunded at the store (proof of purchase required); credit issued at our store is not accepted at WhiteFlowerFarm.com or for phone orders.

All Other Items

All non-plant items are guaranteed against defect (including damage incurred in transit) for 12 months. Our guarantee may apply longer (at our discretion) if an item’s performance over time does not live up to our description.

If a customer is dissatisfied with or wishes to return a non-plant item, White Flower Farm will either replace it, extend store credit, or refund the order (excluding any shipping charges). We generally require the return of the original item (at the customer’s expense) before issuing a refund or replacement. We may also request photos of the item in question.

We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged by use that is inconsistent with our guidance. For example, if a wreath is specified “for indoor use only” but is displayed outdoors and damaged by inclement weather, our guarantee would not apply.
