Customers who have ordered from us in the past generally understand that the garden plants we offer are not shipped in the depths of winter. (“Tenders,” as we call them, cannot travel safely in the cold, and many of our customers, who also live in cooler climates, aren’t able to plant anything outdoors until the weather warms.) But as our business has developed and grown over the years, we have broadened our offerings to include many items that can be shipped even at the coolest times of year.
